Delivery + Shipping
Express 3-5 working days
You can select express delivery at the checkout, please note due to warehouse operating hours that this service will be only be available for orders placed before 12pm noon Monday- Thursday.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
EU Express 5-10 days
Orders placed at any time will be received within 5-10 days, for Scandinavia please allow an extra 2-3 days.
Rest of World
Express service 7-10 days
Orders placed at any time will be received within 7-10 days (Please note that our goods are shipped duties unpaid, which means the receiver of the good will be liable to pay customs and duties taxes upon arrival) For any further information on this please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Customs and duty fees not included, we do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a refund please email email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items sold in our sale section are previous season treasures and not samples, although please note we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any item purchased in our online archive sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a returns form.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
